Tips from my year 11 on how to revise
Note that many resources listed below follow generic biology topics and can be used for GCSE as well as IGCSE courses.
Good revision sites for IGCSE/GCSE Biology exam courses (this is an email reply to a concerned parent with a child studying Edexcel IGCSE)
Videos:
Nitrogen cycle: 3 minute video made by me .
Classification (animal kingdom): 5 minute video (by me) revising main groups and their key external features.
Mitosis video: Video from YouTube revising mitosis (1 minute 30 seconds), reckon this is good quality
Meiosis video: Related to video above, briefly revises meiosis (but does mention crossing over which is not needed for IGCSE)
Photosynthesis song: about 1 minute 52 seconds from Simple Science, very cheesy, good for a fun plenary
